Panache Hackney Horses are for sale as versatile sport & show horses, and eventual breeding stock for purebred Hackney Horse breeding programs.
This is a rare breed that needs its quality individuals kept within programs dedicated to the expansion and promotion of the Hackney Horse.
Our Hackney Horse stallions are available to all breeds to create talented Hackney crossbreds and purebred.

Our purebred fillies and mares are offered to buyers committed to showing, competing and enjoying our unique breed, as well as possibly using them as future breeding stock for the next generation of versatile Hackney Horses.

All sale horses have videos available for viewing, online, if you have the connection speed adequate for the videos to load and play.
If you have a serious interest in any of our horses, we will be honored to send a DVD with high-quality footage of the horses moving at liberty so they can be seen in their most natural state. Their attributes will be seen uninfluenced by gait training or shoes.
Asking prices are based upon many factors, rarity of bloodlines, potential uses, type and gaits.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT. The family of Taylor Hay, their beloved 9 yr old daughter, is struggling to meet medical and other expenses as Taylor endures dreadful treatment for aggressive cancer.

The family will be dealing with Taylor's fight for at least 2 years.

We, the owners of Panache Hackney Horse Farm, are strongly committed to helping the Hay family during this stunning time of despair and courage.

We commit 10% of the sale price of our horses, and 75% breeding fees to our Hackney horse stallion, Canadance, at a special price of only $400, for the next 3 contracted breedings by shipped, cooled semen. All mare's costs are the owner's responsibility.

Additional breedings are offered at $800, with 50% of the fee committed to Taylor's treatment and care costs.

 PANACHE MERLYN - dob 5/12/07. Large, stunning chestnut with 4 very high stockings, a full blaze, and significant white on his belly and jaw lines.
This colt is going to be at least 16-1 hh, likely taller, because at 13 months of age he is 14-3 hh at the wither and just under 15 hh at the croup.
Merlyn is calm, gentle, willing and smart, with movement that is simply beautiful in all gaits. 

He has to be seen in person to fully experience his quality, presence, bone and potential.

Due to Merlin's strong sabino inheritance from both parents, for generations back, he has the genetics to pass on impressive sabino markings. His markings truly qualify him to be registered as a Pinto.
This youngster is so gifted that he has a lifetime of possibilities, from sporting activities to Park Horse under-saddle classes. Ideal for the Pleasure Hackney Horse division.
Merlyn is a remarkable opportunity. He will remain a whole colt unless his behavior warrants gelding.

PANACHE VICTOR
- dob 4/15/06. Bright bay with 4 socks and a slim blaze. Will be tall, at least 16-1 at maturity, but possibly taller. Measured 15-3.5hh at the withers and 16.25hh at top of his croup,  at 26 months. Victor is calm, kind, and cooperative, with an emerging dignity that transcends his young age. Victor an unlimited future for a variety of uses, including dressage, driving, English Pleasure and the Pleasure Hackney Horse classes. His eventual size and coloring makes him ideal for pairs and multiples.
As he grows, Victor is becoming a striking horse in terms of presence, size, conformation and movement.

PANACHE PHOENIX
- DOB 4/2/06. Dramatic dark brown with 4 socks and a small star. A full brother to Panache Aviator, Phoenix has an elegant body, presence and lovely conformation. Phoenix is a gentle, curious, peaceful young horse, with 3 beautiful gaits, and a joy of movement, ideal for the Pleasure Hackney Horse classes, dressage and driving. At 26 months, he is 15 hh, with an expected mature height of 15-2 hh.
Phoenix's personality is ideal for the talented amateur rider or driver who wants to build a strong and successful partnership with their horse. His size will be ideal for juniors as well as adults.

1994 Mare. Approx. 16-1 hh. Due to a very serious illness of the family's 9 yr old daughter, the owner of this truly special Hackney Horse mare is liquidating their unique Hackney Horses. This mare is one of a kind in pedigree, movement, size, and temperament.

"Jonie" (sounds like "Joanie") is calm, kind and very willing. Now returning to work after time off as a broodmare, she is sound, and has lovely bone and conformation for dressage, jumping & driving.

Jonie has a history of working well in dressage & jumping. Ideal for any sporting activity or for breeding.
Currently, training is focused on conditioning and getting her mind back to dressage and over-fence work.

Soon, this lovely mare will return to the competitive dressage shows, taking up where she left off to start her career as a broodmare.

Current video footage was taken just after Jonie returned to work in June 2008, so you can see her willingness to cooperate, even after years off from work.

PANACHE DYNASTY- dob 4/1/07. Liver chestnut with 4 high stockings, a slim blaze and partial white on her lower lip. As beautiful as her dam, with a gentle attitude for handling, but Hackney attitude when moving. Ideal for the Pleasure Hackney Horse division (see http://usef.org/), as well as driving, dressage and open English Pleasure. Should mature near 15-2 hh.

BON SEJOURS ROSE OF SHARON - dob 5/1996, Solid black mare, 2 hind socks. 15-1hh. Rose is a sire-line sibling to many of the proven Bon Sejour Hackney Horses who are working as singles and pairs in carriage driving, and in multiples for coaching drives. Some of the Bon Sejour are dressage horses, others jump, and they all have a reputation for good trainability.

Rose experienced a diminished quality of life for 7 of her 11 years, but has now fully recovered. She was an elegant, high-going filly, although that is not seen now. She is sound, fit, fertile, and gentle to work with for breeding, foaling, vetting, farrier work, deworming and other care.

PANACHE DARQDANCER - dob 3/2002, solid black mare, 2 low hind socks. 15-1hh. Kind, curious, gentle & willing. Powerful, fluid mover. Ideal for sporting activities. We believe that Darqdancer, has the ability for ridden dressage, jumping, combined driving, combined training and the new USEF Pleasure Hackney Horse classes.
 Darqdancer is currently in training with Terri Jones Washougal, WA, for ridden dressage.
This mare is ideal for Pony Club activities, as well as amateur competition plans.
